Are you overwhelmed by the amount of information about the vast array of herbs and supplements on the market? In general, consumers are confused, don’t choose the best products, and waste large amounts of money because of inaccurate and conflicting information provided by “experts”. Instructor Herb McDonald has had a private practice as a clinical herbalist for over 20 years, helping individuals seeking better health. The information presented will be based on a combination of current research and professional experience. Topics include: Why take supplements? Are they necessary for optimal health? Are supplements safe? Herbs and supplements for specific problems and conditions. How to get the most bang for your buck.
