The San Francisco chapters of American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and the Industrial Designers of America (IDSA) invite you to participate in Compostmodern, a next-generation, interdisciplinary design conference dedicated to promoting sustainable solutions for the graphic and industrial design communities. Manufacturers, industry partners, and designers will join together to explain today's tools and explore tomorrow's possibilities for ecologically sustainable and socially responsible design. Speakers include: US Ambassador and former Congressmen Richard Swett; Bob Adams, IDEO and the Natural Step; Jeff Mendelsohn, founder of New Leaf Papers; Bob Lewis, Anderson Litho; Shoshana Berger, editor ReadyMade magazine; MOTO engineering; other speakers to come.
