Community Thanksgiving Dinner November 27, 2008

Lake Merritt Church is in its third decade of providing a free community Thanksgiving dinner and you are invited! This free dinner is made possible by generous donations of time and money, but the real reward is the gathering of folks from all walks of life to share a meal. Please join us on this special day.

Help is definitely needed for this annual event to take place. Volunteers are needed to help with food preparation, set-up, serving and clean up. Donations of turkeys and pies as well as cash for food, decorations and table settings are greatly appreciated.
