Community First East Hampshire - Learning4Counties Training Workshop February 24, 2009

Learning4Counties is the new title of a learning and development project lead by Surrey Community Action and partnered by Community Action Hampshire, Berkshire Community Council and Action in Rural Sussex. Thanks to funding from the Big Lottery, Community First are able to offer the following additional courses: Making your Training Sessions Fun and Memorable. Find out how different people learn and remember; A variety of ideas that could be used in sessions, ice breakers, group work etc; How to use your personality to your advantage in training; What skills you need to be a successful trainer and facilitator; The importance of timing and planning. Aimed at those planning to take training sessions and also for anyone who delivers training and would like a short refresher. Light lunch = refreshments provided.
