Community Drum Circle December 6, 2008

This event "combines self-expression, exercise and music-making as part of a whole person, therapeutic approach to wellness." Arts and crafts activities and demonstrations are also being planned. Although drums and other percussion equipment will be available, guests are encouraged to B.Y.O.D.- bring your own drum. Corky and Barb of Inner Harmony will lead the drum circle.
