The American Psychiatric Foundation (APF), in collaboration with the American Psychiatric Association Office of Minority and National Affairs, will kick-off a free series of community education programs on depression on April 5, 2008 at the Hope and Healing Center in Memphis, Tennessee. The program titled Community Connections: Let’s Talk Depression will offer community members the opportunity to learn the warning signs of depression and ask question about treatment options that are available in the Memphis area.
