The Comerica TasteFest is a five-day outdoor food and entertainment festival in Detroit's New Center during the Fourth of July weekend. The event is a family affair which offers free national and local talent on four stages, over 40 Michigan restaurants selling "tastes" of their specialties, free stage shows, activities for children, and a marketplace of unique Detroit products and memorabilia. The Comerica TasteFest is free and open to the public.

Music this year includes: G. Love & Special Sauce, Los Lobos, New York Dolls, Team Dorkwave, Solvent, Electric Six, Brazilian Girls, Carl Craig, Amp Fiddler, The Holy Fire, In Lieu Of, Thunderbirds Are Now!

anyone know what the lineup looks like so far? The website doesn't have any info. I heard some names thrown around about a month ago, but have already forgotten.

The New York Dolls are playing, Ibelieve that the Electric 6 are playing as well, it's usually a great time.
