An exciting celebration of love! In addition to selections about our favorite emotion, the choirs will give a joint performance of Wedding Cantata, by 20th Century American composer, Daniel Pinkham.

The Colorado Women's Chorale was founded in 2003 by the highly regarded and nationally recognized Charlotte Adams to broaden the exposure of quality women’s choral music in Colorado while providing choral opportunities for adult female musicians.

Jennifer Ferguson is the principal conductor of the Colorado Women's Chorale. Her attention to detail, love of sharing music with others and professionalism embellish the Colorado Women’s Chorale. Mrs. Ferguson earned her Bachelor of Music at Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana. Before being accepted to the University of Denver, where she is the Teaching Assistant for the D.U. choir program, she was music director at Aurora Academy Charter School. She has recently finished her MM with a major in choral conducting and holds the title of Artistic Director of the Cherry Creek Children's Chorus.

DU's Lamont Men's Choir, conducted by Paul Smith, performs the spirited repertoire for male voices, and also includes singers from the DU community.
