Colonialtown Park Gardening March 22, 2008

Keep Orlando Beautiful and the City of Orlando have teamed up with Scott's Miracle-Gro as well as Keep America Beautiful to provide a big upgrade to our Colonialtown Square Park. Already a great green space, it is receiving a refresh of shrubs, trees and flowers through out the park.

You don't need to bring a thing provide everything: tools, refreshments and plants. Only thing you have to do is come and lend a hand. Green or brown thumb all are welcome.

Kids, Kids Kids. There will be plenty for kids to do as well. Crafts and plant activities for all ages.

Oh yeah, did I mention TV. KOB has also roped in HGTV for some nifty TV action for the day. HGTV celebrities will be working with plantings and kid activities.

Come help make Colonialtown Square even better, learn a bit about gardening and enjoy the company of neighbors. This is going to be an exciting day for Colonialtown and I hope to see you there.
