Coldcut is DJs Jonathan More and Matt Black, who started out spinning discs on the pirate radio station Network 21. In the mid-1980s they made a name as producers of various artists, spanning from Hip Hop, modern Rock, and dance music. Their label Ninja Tune became a musical home for London's post-rave underground scene. Their latest releases combine elements of Indian rhythms, Jazz harmonies, Blues, Big Beat, and Techno.
