Unlock Democracy is hosting a series of lectures examining the vision and philosophy of each of the main three parties regarding Citizen Empowerment. All parties talk of deloving power to local communities. This series of lectures is designed to find out what exactly they mean by Citizenship Empowerment and what they would do in Government.
