The presentation will focus on how Cisco is using web 2.0 Technologies such as Video, communities to create an Integrated Workforce Experience that will boost internal productivity and change the way we work.

Sameer Khera is Sr. Director of Information Technology. He leads a team of over hundred seventy five professionals responsible for the Corporate web site Cisco.com, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Communities, Web Analytics and Enterprise Portal initiatives within Cisco.

Mr. Khera previously managed Cisco's web based support, which was tasked with the development of technical tools and content to meet customers' support needs via the web. Mr. Khera's leadership has been instrumental in building the Cisco TAC Web Site, which currently resolves over 80% of all customer technical support issues on-line.

Mr. Khera joined Cisco fourteen years ago as a technical support engineer in Sydney, where he helped build the Asia Pacific TAC.
