Carnaval San Francisco is one of California's largest annual multi-cultural celebration and one of the City's most spectacular traditions. Join Mixtiso Latin Hip-Hop choreographer and teacher Vanessa Mosqueda for a dance workshop to prepare you for this year's parade. You will shake your whole body to different rhythms: from Hip-Hop to Reggeaton, from Cumbia to Salsa. This workshop promises fun and excitement. Stretch clothes and a water bottle are recommended. Carnaval is a time to rejoice and dance from the heart.

All are welcome to participate and dance in Vanessa Mosqueda's Circle Carnaval 2006.

Vanessa Mosqueda is the Queen of San Francisco Carnaval 2005 "Balia Con Migo". She Is the Artistic Director/Choreographer for Mixtiso Latin Hip Hop group as well as an instructor at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts (MCCLA) where she is known as a dynamic fusion Latin Hip Hop dance teacher. She loves to teach and dance in this profession, it doesn't stop. Her experience and expertise allow her to include learning diversity and respect for others. Vanessa has been a dance teacher for over 10 years.

Ages: 8 years old and up, youth and adults are all welcome.
