Our cigar nights have become very popular with the women as well as the NYSN men! Circa Tabac is a very cool and cozy spot downtown that is very well ventillated for any non-smokers who wish to join the group. All legal tobacco's are available for purchase including flavored cigar sand cigarrettes. A great menu is also available.
