Bak2Bak “Rocky Road Show” at The Entrance Chromefest October 2009
Rock and Roll is a live and well on the Central Coast.
Chromefest organisers have secured local trio, Bak2Bak, to open the inaugural Rock and Roll Festival with a free show on The Entrance Sails Stage from 3PM to 7PM on Friday 17th October 2009.
Bak2Bak will return to the Sails Stage again on Saturday 18th October from 3PM to 7PM for their final “Rocky Road Show” performance. “Come along…Sing…Dance…and bring the kids, Bak2Bak is all about FUN and family entertainment”, say Ted, Polly and Baz.
The versatile trio also opened the The Entrance Country Music Festival earlier in 2009 with the “High Country Show” at Fishermans Wharf, and show no sign of resting on their current popularity.
Bak2Bak’s resident “Fun Guy” Ted Everingham, attributes the groups success the wide variety of popular songs which they are able to deliver. Ted explains, “The group is fortunate to have three solo vocalists with distinctive styles and qualitities, that can also work together in difficult material, where the harmony is paramount.”
Bak2Bak is Ted Everingham, Polly and Barry Kennedy. The group enjoys regular air play on local Coast radio stations, and have a very strong Community Support profile within the Wyong Shire through Camp Breakaway, Care Flight, Driver Reviver and Give Me Five For Kids promotions.
“Everybody loves a festival…Rock N Rollers and car enthusiasts will be coming from all over Australia to make Chromefest a huge success on the Central Coast…so make sure you don’t miss out on the fun in your own back yard”. Says Ted.
