CHRISTMAS COLLAGE INTENSIVE WORKSHOP
October 9, 16, 23 & 30 - from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
At the Central Eglinton Community Centre
Join Graphic Artist/Arts & Crafts Instructor, Gabriela Delworth, and learn the latest techniques in collage arts and the spirit that inspires imagery on the page. This four day, Christmas Collage Intensive Workshop, will focus on composition/layout, design, color mixing and expanded color palettes.
Workshop Techniques: stamping, glittering, photo collage, punch art and basic calligraphy. These techniques will be used during the full four day Workshop.
October 9, Day 1 – Students will start the four day Workshop making about ten cards Christmas Cards. Stamping, glittering and photo collage techniques will be introduced in this class.
October 16, Day 2 – Students will make various Tag Sets. Punch art and calligraphy will be introduced in this class.
October 23, Day 3 – Students will make Christmas Altered Books. Scrapbooking and decorative painting techniques will be introduced in this class.
October 30, Day 4 – Students will finish all projects for final presentation and contest. The most voted will go home with a bag of Collage goodies.
This one-on-one instruction with Gabriela is not to be missed! Workshop is available to artists of all skill levels.
