Chris Isaak has truly made a name for himself throughout the years. Doing everything from making music, to enlightening the big screen, to even having his own tv show “ The Chris Isaak Show”. And now, after a quarter century, hes finally created the album he's been wanting so long to create. “ Beyond The Sun” is Isaaks first Vanguard record release and truly shows his passion for music. The album includes a compilation of songs recorded originally by Sun Records' artists Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbinson, Carl Perkins, and Jerry Lee Lewis. This is a dream come true for Isaak. Being that he's always been inspired by Sun's greats its a wonder what took him so long to make an album such as this one.
