In the course of Chris Isaak’s career, he has released 10 extraordinary albums, 12 hit singles, been nominated for two Grammy awards, acted in several motion pictures and starred in his own critically acclaimed TV series. His legendary shows with his longtime band Silvertone have entertained tens of thousands of people for more than two decades.

Some of Isaak’s hit singles include “Wicked Games,” “Can’t Do A Thing (To Stop Me),” “Somebody’s Crying” and “Baby Did A Bad Bad Thing.”

Throughout his impressive recording career, from his stunning 1985 debut to this latest stellar effort, Isaak has tunefully and artfully explored the good, the bad and the ugly of love, as well as other matters of profound human interest. He has done so with an abiding respect for popular music’s past, but at the same time with clear and vital passion for the here and now.

Isaak released his first greatest hits collection, titled Best of Chris Isaak, in 2006. The release includes an accompanying DVD and features 18 video clips showcasing his two-decade career. The album displays his many different musical personas: the rockabilly rebel, brokenhearted crooner and the breezy acoustic storyteller. It also includes two brand new songs “King Without A Castle” and “Let’s Have A Party” as well as two covers: Cheap Trick’s “I Want You To Want Me” and Roy Orbison’s “Only The Lonely.”

Other albums include his debut Silvertone (1985), Chris Isaak (1986), Heart Shaped World (1989), San Francisco Days (1993), Forever Blue (1995), Baja Sessions (1996), Speak of the Devil (1998), Always Got Tonight (2002) and two Christmas albums, Chris Isaak Christmas (2004) and Christmas (2007). His most recent album, Mr. Lucky, was released in 2009.

Chris Isaak is part of the Belle Tire Concert Series.
