Take Chocolate 101 and learn the basics or become a chocolate afficionado with presentations and demonstrations throughout the weekend. The Discovery Museum will have chocolate samples for visitors, and showcase our upcoming exhibit, The Chocolate Story, which explores the history of chocolate from its beginning as a potent and magical drink used by the Aztecs to its current worldwide popularity.
