Chicago Gay Pride Parade June 25, 2006

"The 2006 Pride Parade is schedule for Sunday, June 25.

The 2005 Pride Parade last June attracted between 400,000 to 450,000 spectators, according to some crowd estimates. There were 250 registered parade entries that included floats, decorated vehicles and walking contingents, representing businesses, organizations and politicians.

The Annual Parade is scheduled each year for the last Sunday in June at 12:00 noon. It steps off from the corner of Halsted & Belmont, proceeding north on Halsted; then south on Broadway; then east on Diversey to Cannon Drive."
