Charetta is a female-fronted alternative rock band from New York City. Their sound can be described as "groove and bottom-heavy, blending passion and aggression with hook-driven melodies." The band has been compared to the likes of Chevelle, Deftones, Evanescence, Dark New Day and Sevendust, yet its style is extremely original and distinct.
