This workshop explores the ancient wisdom of the Chakras as energetic gateways to our original Qi and the physical manifestation of our soul.

We will deepen our awareness of spiritual lessons; karmic issues, thought patterns, emotional and physical symptoms associated with each charka; as well as cultivate new insights of the healing power and the creative potential that reside in these centers.

Students will learn to open and balance the entire chakra system with Taoist vibrational healing methods, including:

- Touch and Toning
- Qi-gong partnering
- Microcosmic-orbit meditation
- Drawing
- Group sharing
