Certified Scrum Product Owner
Build the Right Product
Improve Product Delivered
Deepen Team Adaptation
This 2-day Certified Scrum Product Owner course puts you on the path to become a great leader for a team developing products. On completion, participants are registered as Certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPOs), which includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance,
Why?
Product Owners are the key role in Scrum to the successful delivery of a product. Scrum is a proven method for managing complex product development. Scrum is a simple “inspect and adapt” framework used to organize teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
While the Product Owner role is conceptually simple and involves a few guidelines, the Scrum Framework emphasizes an inward facing paradigm. Enacting the inward facing paradigm and managing the feature work of a team is a critical skill but there is little guidance on how to come up with that work.
This course will arm participants with the skills to adapt between an outward and inward facing product creation paradigm. The course is designed to bring participants through a broader view of product creation by helping them explore these 3 questions:

Many product owners enact the role described in the framework but still fail. Building a product requires a very exploratory view and a shift in how you adapt your thinking as the product progresses towards release. At each question or piece of product development real techniques and skills will be nurtured.
