Former international supermodel turned celebrity chef- Maria Liberati and Maria Liberati's The Basic Art of Italian Cooking (tm) will be presenting a cooking demo and sampling at WIlliams - Sonoma on Columbus Ave in NY city on March 24th, 2007
Ms. Liberati's book-The Basic Art of Italian Cooking has become an international best seller and is a compendium of recipes developed by Maria Liberati and stories of her life in a charming mountain town in Italy. Ms. Liberati completed her culinary training in Italy. A portion of proceeds of sale of every book goes to Gilda's Club in Soho.
Sapori D'Italia -a new line of spices- developed especially in Italy for Maria Liberati's The Basic Art of Italian Cooking will be introduced at this upcoming appearance. Maria LIberati was recently featured in national publications Tastes of Italia and Healthy Cooking magazines for her healthy approach to cooking using authentic Italian recipes.
