MEDITATION – Enjoy calming, light-filled guided meditation. Feel oneness with your Soul and the Divine. This is a non-sectarian approach that embraces the spectrum of Spiritual traditions. Relaxing breath awareness, aura cleansing & illumination, visualization, and more are included.
MOVEMENT – Stretch and let go of any tension through relaxing movement. Let well-being and lightness fill your body. Join in or just enjoy watching the easy, fun CIRCLE DANCE-WALK.
