The Libertarian Longhorns student group will be hosting Texas gubernatorial candidate James Werner and District 10 Congressional Candidate Michael Badnarik on Monday, October 16, 2006 in the Geology Building (2.324) at the University of Texas at Austin campus.

James Werner has been recently excluded from the televised gubernatorial debate to take place on Friday, October 6th in Dallas, but now the UT-Austin campus will have a unique opportunity to hear the Libertarian “Fifth Candidate” speak on the upcoming November election.

After the speeches, both Werner and Badnarik will participate in a question and answer session. All attendees will have a chance to ask them about the issues at hand and to find out more about their views on government and the principles of liberty.

Come and hear candidates, and see how Libertarian principles can insure that Texas remains prosperous and secure for the benefit of all Texans.
