The Foundation for Santa Barbara City College is seeking volunteers to support the 2013 Campaign for Student Success. The Campaign for Student Success is a volunteer driven effort to raise funds for Santa Barbara City College and its students. The campaign seeks to raise $1,000,000 in six weeks from 5,000 donors, with matching funds from a major donor(s). The theme for this year’s campaign is, “Show Us Your Love!”
Make a difference in students’ lives by participating in a convenient Call Session, where you can reach out to community members to receive their contributions during the donation period of March 15th to April 30th. The ever-increasing dollars-per-unit for tuition forces some students to drop out of school without the aid of community members. As state funding for education is dwindling, your efforts are vital for the success of many students.

The Campaign is the most important initiative that the Foundation embarks upon to raise funds for critical programs and student support - so that all Santa Barbara County residents who want to attend college can, despite their income. Keep the doors of opportunity open at SBCC and volunteer for the Campaign for Student Success.
