California's Artisan Cheese Festival March 20, 2009

California's Artisan Cheese Festival returns! Now in its 3rd year, the four-day festival will again be hosted by the Sheraton Sonoma County – Petaluma from March 20 – 23, 2009. The nonprofit festival is a celebration of the continuing evolution in artisan cheesemaking and brings together local cheese producers and consumers who are working in concert to grow the artisan food landscape.

Enjoy educational seminars, a cheese and wine marketplace, field trips to creameries and chef demonstrations hosted by some of the biggest names in the industry. John Ash, Joey Altman, Clark Wolf, Michael Tusk, and Laura Werlin are some of the headliners who will be cooking, teaching, and celebrating artisan cheese over the four-day event.
