Cabaret Evening with Dinner and Disco March 26, 2010

Dance the night away with Mayor Hilary Ayer at her cabaret evening at Petersfield Festival Hall.

As Petersfield Town Mayor Hilary is hosting the dinner and disco as a fund raiser for local charity Home-Start Butser.

The event, from 7pm to 11.30pm, on Friday 26 March, will feature performances from talented local youngsters.

Tickets are £25 and the dress code is smart casual.

19.00 – 19.30 : Drinks/Canapés Reception in Rose Room
19.30 – 20.00 : Guests to buy drinks from Bar in Rose Room and take to tables in Main Festival Hall.
20.00 – 20.30 : MC Introduction, Hilary brief speech, 1st Act (Introduced by MC)
20.30 – 21.00 : Main Course – served at tables (possible piano player)
21.00 – 21.30 : 2nd and 3rd Acts (Introduced by MC)
21.30 – 22.00 : Desserts served plus 4th Act (Introduced by MC)
22.00 – 23.30 : Disco
23.30 – 24.00 : Guests depart/Clear Up
