In today's information technology industry, success is never guaranteed by simply building a better mousetrap. As an IT entrepreneur, you also need a business strategy to attract the venture capital and the business partners you need to take your company to the next level. At the heart of any successful plan should be an intellectual property strategy that protects your innovations from larger competitors and provides flexibility to your business model.
