The body contains our vikarma. (negative karma, and negative inherent tendencies) Yoga burns vikarma and harmonizes our system, then craving, grasping, and wanting begin to recede. This unique practice is designed to ignite the strength and energy of the body and the courage of the heart. This class is both challenging and very healing and is open to all levels. It will include a short talk, vinyasa-flow, non-dogmatic philosophy, breathing, and meditation.

This seminar deals directly with the modern plagues of anxiety, worry, and depression due to recent world events, or how to function in a dysfunctional world.
This unique event addresses awakening courage through physical yoga practices and transforming our way of seeing the world so we change from those who tremble in the face of circumstances beyond our control to those who become Light Houses, people who stand tall and help others to find their way through the dark.
This work gives you knowledge to take home with you to help you live and sleep more at ease. Class includes lecture, simple yoga postures, breath work, self-enquiry, and guided meditation.
