Marrying sales teams with technical teams: one is from Mars, the other from Venus! Your technical team needs to know what the marketplace is saying and your sales team needs to understand what your product actually can do – but can they talk to each other? Lance Laking, President and CEO of Ottawa-based BTI Photonics Systems Inc. talks about how he has successfully integrated these two very different cultures.
