Get back into shape while you enjoy the beautiful forest with your baby! With our specialist pre-natal trainer from 'Baby Starfish', you can exercise in a group and get your own personal fitness programme. And there is not worry about childcare!
The exercise is suitable for you if you have a baby or toddler under the age of 3 and you've had a post natal check-up.
Course runs for 6 weeks on Thursday mornings starting 14th January. Booking essential.
