Buggycise has arrived!

Had a baby? Want to get back into shape but can't get childcare? Join our friendly group and exercise in our beautiful woodland - and bring baby too!

With our specialist pre and post natal Personal Trainer from Baby Starfish, you can get fit again in a small group and get your own personal fitness programme - at a fraction of the cost of doing the same at the gym!
