Buena Vista Carneros Winemaker Dinner at Hotel Mac May 11, 2010

Winemaker Jeff Stewart will host a four-course dinner that features not-yet-released 2007 Pinot Noir and wines from the limited production “Ramal Vineyard Series”

Buena Vista Carneros, California’s first premium winery, will host a winemaker dinner at Hotel Mac on May 11 at 6:30 p.m. Winemaker Jeff Stewart will attend the dinner in Point Richmond’s historic eatery and will be introducing his 2007 Ramal Vineyard Pinot Noir, Dijon Clones which has not been released to the public yet. The 2007 Pinot Noir will be paired with Hotel Mac’s Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet, Roasted Baby Artichoke, Morel and Peppered Bacon Ragout. Other menu highlights include the 2009 Buena Vista Carneros Rosé of Syrah, just released this month – and the 2008 Buena Vista Carneros Port of Syrah, which has also just been released this month, and will be paired with a Bittersweet Chocolate and Amaretti Flan for dessert.
