The Buckhead Spring Arts and Crafts Festival is a two-day outdoor event located in the largest public park in Fulton County. We set out with many different goals in mind: 1) Give back to the community through art; 2) Create a venue that emphasizes local and Georgian artists so they have a show they can depend on in their own back yard; 3) Bring a Spring festival to the folks in the northern part of Fulton county; 4) Create a show unlike any other in the City of Atlanta, bringing together outstanding local and regional artists.

The Buckhead area is among the largest and most enthusiastic art buying communities in the Atlanta area. The inaugural event featured 195 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craftpersons, glass blowers, jewelers and more! The Festival also offered visitors the opportunity to view artist demonstrations, enjoy live entertainment, participate in hands-on arts activities, and enjoy festival foods and beverages.


When:
Saturday : May 14, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.
Sunday : May 15, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

Where:

The Buckhead Spring Arts and Crafts Festival will be held at Chastain Park in Atlanta, GA conveniently located near the Chastain Park Amphitheater, the Horse Barn and Golf Course. For map quest and Yahoo maps, use 4469 Stella Drive, Atlanta, GA 30327.
