Participating in a Breema Intensive is an exciting, nourishing, and revitalizing experience. It's a unique opportunity to experience a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling.

In this Intensive we will work with Breema partner sequences and Self-Breema exercises as an introduction to body-mind connection, a cornerstone of the art of being present. Practicing Breema supports you to connect with others while at the same time deepening your connection to yourself, supporting you to become present and remain present. Breema offers us practical steps we can take to establish body-mind connection by unifying mind, body, and feelings. When you are present, others are supported to be present.

Taught in an experiential format, this weekend workshop includes:
-Self-Breema exercises you can do anytime to revitalize the body and support mental and emotional availability
-Partner bodywork that nurtures and energizes both the practitioner and the recipient
-Nine universal principles you can apply to bring more harmony to any activity

Jon Schreiber, D.C, director of the Breema Center and the Breema Clinic in Oakland, CA, will be participating in many classes throughout the Intensive. The author of several books about Breema, he has been teaching in the U.S. and internationally since 1980.

Participate for one class, one day, or up to six days during the full Intensive. Discounts are available for first-time Intensive students, and for all students registered by mid-January.
