For every daughter, mother, sister and friend who spends her days putting others first, this event is for you.

Explore and celebrate your health and well being at Breathe, a Women's Wellness Symposium. Experience new ways to nurture your body, mind and spirit in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for women of all ages.

Experts will lead interactive workshops during two morning breakout sessions. Topics include "Putting the ME in Mommy," "Why We Choose the Lovers We Choose," "Preparing Ourselves for the Unexpected," "Tap Into Your Entrepreneurial Spirit," "Sex as a Second Language" and more. Following a healthy catered lunch and keynote talk, complete your day with a relaxing meditation session.

"Women often put themselves last in their family and work priorities," said Stephanie Oshman, Committee Chair. "Breathe is an opportunity for them to take a few hours away from their busy lives to focus on themselves. It's a chance to recharge their batteries in the company and community of other women."

Keynote speaker Professor Malach-Pines, Dean of the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, will focus on a recent study of career and couple burnout and talk about the vital importance for all of us to better balance the different spheres of our lives in her talk "Re-charge, Renew, Re-engage. Creating a Life in Balance." She is the noted author of Career Burnout: Causes and Cures, Couple Burnout: Causes and Cures, The Psychology of Gender and Romantic Jealousy: The Shadow of Love.
