Brandi and the Silver Traveling Ghost Show originally formed as a Gaelic gangsta rap trio in the group's hometown of Edinburgh, Scotland in 1994. The trio toured relentlessly throughout the U.K.- eventually concluding that there simply was not an audience for gangsta rap in Northern Europe.
