Boxer Bash 2009 September 12, 2009

Mid Michigan Boxer Rescue (MMBR) is hosting the 7th annual Boxer Bash, Saturday September 12th from 12:00 TO 6:00, at Island Lake Recreation Park in Brighton, Michigan. The general public and their dogs are invited. Admission is free.
Boxer Bash is a family friendly, dog lover’s festival featuring demonstrations, kid’s entertainment, area vendors, and contests and games for you and your dog. A veterinary mini-clinic offering low cost heartworm testing, vaccines, exams and microchips will be staffed by a licensed veterinarian. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. A silent and live auction will feature local sports team memorabilia and themed baskets.
All proceeds raised during this event will benefit Mid-Michigan Boxer Rescue. MMBR is a non-profit animal rescue organization that depends on adoption fees, donations and fundraisers to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home the dogs in our care. Since its inception in December 1999 MMBR has rescued over 500 dogs.
