Bootie SF "French Revolution" w/Paris DJs Zebra + Moule and more.... October 13, 2007

This month, it's the "French Revolution," with guest DJs Zebra and Moule direct from Paris, two of France's best bootleg DJs. They will also be performing as the Bootlegs Live Band, playing live guitar and bass instrumentals over popular acapella vocals.

The Bootlegs Live Band goes on at 1045pm and will morph into Smash-Up Derby at 11pm - who Zebra will sing and play live with before his on-stage DJ set.

DJ Zebra is one of Bootie's best yearly performers and DJs, he's just finished a tour of Europe playing giant festivals, and this will be his 3rd year at Bootie, and he's ready to tear it up again.

Upstairs in the lounge, your resident Bootie DJs take you back to the local SF mashup scene circa 2003-2005, when Bootie's original home was the Cherry Bar & Lounge. DJs Adrian & the Mysterious D and Party Ben bring it back old school with special Cherry Bar DJ sets, and the room will feature decorations, photos and imagery from that time in Bootie's history.

At midnight, we feature a special performance by LA's Hollaback Zombies, one helluva midnight mashup show with a Halloween bent is in store for you.
