BOOTIE America's first and best all mash-up bootleg dance party!



This coming Saturday, the first and only 100% mashup bootleg party in Los Angeles is back! This month, we've got a guest DJ set from one of the best mashup remixers in America. May we present ... DJ EARWORM. Fresh from being flown to Miami by MTV to spin at this year''s VMA parties, and recently profiled in the January issue of Keyboard magazine, Earworm is at the forefront of the American bastard pop movement, producing complex, multi-layered mashups - many with electro flavor - that are tailor-made for the dance floor. These are butt-shakin' bootlegs that go beyond A+B. He is currently writing the definitive book on mashup creation and you can read more about him here, in a great article from last week's Bay Guardian.

Resident DJs ADRIAN, MYSTERIOUS D, and PAUL V. will also be in the house, and of course, we've got free Bootie CDs to the first 50 people through the door (and maybe a few extra at midnight, if you're lucky). All the info is below ... see you on Saturday!
