Book Signing with Philly Sports Legend Jerry Wolman August 28, 2010

Join us on Saturday the 28th as Philadelphia sports pioneer Jerry Wolman signs his book, Jerry Wolman: The World's Richest Man.

Wolman made history as the youngest NFL owner when he bought the Philadelphia Eagles in 1963, and was also co-founding owner of the Philadelphia Flyers. In addition to the Spectrum, he developed millions of dollars in real estate throughout Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Chicago.

The book tells the true story of his rise from humble beginnings in the PA coal-mining region to his $100-million real-estate empire, his legendary generosity and subsequent fall, and the thousands of lives he touched along the way.

The author's proceeds from the book go toward The Miracle League, a nationwide charity with local branches.
