Book Release Special Event
Saturday, October 29th, 5-8 pm

The Moravian Book Shop welcomes back multiple-Bram Stoker Award-winner and New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Maberry for the release of his latest book, Dead of Night! We'll be kicking off the signing with a Zombie Crawl along Main Street, and ending the signing with a Zombie costume contest, judged by Jonathan!

During the signing, Jonathan will be signing his new book, as well as his others thrillers, supernatural horror novels, and books covering the folklore and beliefs of the occult and paranormal. Rot & Ruin was his first Young Adult novel, and his Joe Ledger thriller series is currently in production for TV. Jonathan also authored several martial arts and self-defense books, is a writing instructor and speaker, a freelance comic book writer for Marvel, and member of various mystery, horror, and thriller organizations nationwide.

The schedule of events for the evening is as follows:

5-7 pm: Book signing with Zombie Crawl kick-off—We'll meet at the Book Shop at 5pm for our crawl along Main Street, ending at the Book Shop for the signing until 7pm.

7-7:45 pm: Zombie Costume/Makeup Contest, judged by Jonathan—1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will receive a free ticket to join Jonathan on our 8pm ghost tour that evening!
