AND THE PERFORMANCE
The Graphical Method Bicycle (1979)

On the occasion of the publication of the Monografie there will be a performance of The Graphical Method Bicycle. A man on a bicycle is being towed extremely slowly along a road of about ten meters by a cable. In an excruciatingly slow tempo, the man is lifted out of the saddle by the action of one of the bicycle pedals. His heartbeat, breathing and muscle tone variation become audible for the audience.
