Blues Guitar Extravaganza - René Solis, Mighty Mike Schermer, Rich Kirch November 25, 2005

Three of Northern California's finest guitarists on stage together for one amazing show. Now in it's fifth year running The Blues Guitar Extravaganza will once again hosted by the tremendously talented René Solis. René's playing style has often been described as powerful, raw, and emotional, as he pours his heart and soul into each and every note. Joining the guitar extravaganza again will be guitarist extraordinaire Mighty Mike Schermer. Riding on top of a blues-wave this energetic young bluesman is dedicated to this classic American art form. As the guitarist and band leader for John Lee Hooker for more than a decade. Rich Kirch often draws inspiration from his many influences. Joining Rich will be the dynamic and charismatic Bay Area blues belter Freddie Hughes.

The featured house band for this event will consist of rock solid drummer Michael L Jiggetts, the fine keyboardist Dave Gorges and superb bassist Paul Logan.
