BlobFest Tin Foil Hat Contest at Phoenix Village Art Center. Enter and Win! Cash prizes! $5 entry fee per hat. Categories: Children (ages 10 and under), Young adult (ages 11 to 16), Adult (everyone else).

Winners will be determined by popular vote. Cash prizes awarded in each category on Saturday, July 10 at 4:45 at the outside stage. Bring hats to the Phoenix Village Art Center.

Drop off your hat creations on these days:
Thursday July 7, between 4:00 & 7:00 and
Friday July 8 between 4:00 & 6:30.

Come to the Art Center to see the hats on Exhibition in the Gallery until the end of July!

Pick up and take home your hat creations on these days:
Friday July 30 between 4:00 & 7:00 and Saturday July 31 between 1:00 & 3:00
