Black Dyke Brass Band August 31, 2013

One of the world’s oldest and most famous bands. In 2010, the band won the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain for a record 22nd time. They have also won the European Championships a record twelve times, most recently in 2012. Sir Elton John called them ‘the SAS of musicians’ saying ‘you get the job done and you do it so well’ when he asked them to take part in the tour An Evening With Elton John. With over 150 years of rich musical history the band is extremely proud of its heritage.
