BitTorrent discussion June 23, 2008

We're looking for people who:
* think that the BitTorrent protocol is awesome.
* would like to think-through how a system where individuals can pay for preferred transfer status (i.e. don't share your file with 10 people, give ME all your upload bandwidth!) could sustainably function
* would like to think-through how such a sustainable system could exist in a world of IP rights
* would like to think-through the multitude of pitfalls that would have to be overcome, or adaptations/evolutions undertaken, to implement this all
* are free Monday June 23rd at 7pm and can make it to BetaHouse
