If the event is being held on the public's property, Waterfront Park, why does it cost anything to get in? The admission price on pubic property should be $0.

I'm going for sure --Big Hell's Kitchen fan and Hell's Ktchen winner Chef Rock Harper on the Chef Stage plus great beer...fun!
